AdWords Outstream Video Campaigns: A new way to market your videos

Google launches 'Outstream Video Ads' specific to mobile and tablet devices. Ads can be targeted only outside YouTube on Google Display Network inventories, specifically in mobile apps and web pages. The ads run with a video that auto plays in mute mode. Advertisers are charged based on viewable cost-per-thousand impressions (vCPM).
