Google Search Console Adds 24-Hour Performance Data

Google Search Console just got an indeed very helpful update: a “24 hours” view in performance report. The feature is rolling out globally.

You can now check the past 24-hours data for Google’s organic search traffic for your website. You can quickly see how your content is doing. You can track clicks, impressions, CTR, and position, broken down by query, page, or country, just like in regular reports.

There’s also an hourly graph for even finer detail, showing data as soon as it’s available (incomplete data is marked on the graph). The data is shown in your local time.

According to Google, this update significantly reduces data delays in Search Console, precisely by about 50%. If you would like to use it right away, head over to your performance report in Search Console and click the “24 hours” tab. If you don’t see yet, don’t worry, you will be able to see it once the update reaches your account.
